Muna Phometsi

As Co-Founder and President of Strategic Projects Capital, Muna is responsible for the general business management of the company as well as providing oversight of affiliated investment vehicles. She is credited with critical contributions to the formation of the company's financial and operational structure.

Muna has spent a good part of her life in the real estate business. She is born to parents who spent a life time acquiring, developing and managing investment properties. Although she ventured into the medical field for some time Muna has always kept a foot in the real estate business. In 2005, Muna and her architect partner founded Strategic Projects Inc. a commercial architecture business that has provided  services across state lines for a decade and half. In addition to being a Realtor, the combination of her experience has allowed her to fully appreciate the nuances of the real estate value chain.

Today, Muna and her Strategic Projects Capital team have a singular goal of helping as many passive investors as possible share in the real estate wealth through the company syndication structures. She has strong customer service skills and she is a great public speaker. Muna has spoken at wealthy family-office events organized by DC Finance at the World Trade Center in New York  and is a lead participant in a local women-focused mastermind Group.

Outside the real estate field, Muna has over 25 years of professional management experience where she held managerial positions with fortune 500 companies including Kaiser Permanente and CVS Health Corporation.

Muna holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University and Bachelors of Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. She also holds advanced certificates in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development Process from NAIOP. Muna is also a licensed Realtor, a member of the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals (AFP) and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)
